The result is a clean contemporary look with a softer edge. The spectacular and uncluttered view of the flames is elegantly framed by its stainless steel legs and can be easily controlled by beautifully engineered, minimalist air controls. The firebox door glides open with an effortless action thanks to unique ‘invisible' hinges.

Its small footprint and moderate output make it easy to plan into a modern living space without overpowering a centrally heated room.

The 700 is the latest stove to be born at the Esse foundry and is the flagship model in their new look range. It may be their latest stove but it firmly upholds the virtues and qualities of ESSEs dating back over a century and a half.

Every line and curve has been designed to exude an air of simple elegance, that will sit comfortably with a wide range of interior styles and hearth environments. The gently arching double doors provide a spectacular and virtually unrestricted view of the flames. This view is further enhanced by a unique handle-less door opening mechanism which uses a spring loaded latch with a key release on the side of the stove.

Suitable for larger dwellings requiring higher outputs, the 700 multi-fuel features Afterburn™, our precision secondary air control system. Providing outstanding control of the burn, stunning flame patterns and an efficient combustion of the fuel.
